Sophie is fully bilingual in French and English and is available for both initial assessments and follow-up treatments.

Sophie brings a strong foundation in health and movement to her practice, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion from Laurentian University. Her studies focused on key areas such as exercise physiology, biomechanics, motor learning, and physical conditioning—giving her a well-rounded understanding of how the body functions and moves.

She continued her training at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, where she earned her Master of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc). There, she refined her expertise in anatomy, physiology, and the mechanics of the body, allowing her to take a hands-on, holistic approach to care.

At OsteoHub, Sophie is passionate about helping patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives. She focuses on restoring balance and coordination within the body to support improved mobility, reduced pain, and long-term wellness—all within a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.

Chantalle is fully bilingual (French and English) and available for new patients and follow-up treatments.

Chantalle brings a warm and thoughtful approach to her care, shaped by her background in Psychology and her lifelong involvement in equestrian sports. Her diverse experience allows her to truly understand the connection between mind and body, and to tailor treatments to each individual.

She earned her Master of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) and provides personalized, hands-on care focused on helping patients feel their best. Chantalle is passionate about supporting others on their journey to improved health, mobility, and overall well-being.

Currently, she is expanding her knowledge through the Animal Osteopathy Program at the CAO reflecting her deep appreciation for movement both in people and animals.

Paige is a Registered Massage Therapist with an emphasis on chronic conditions and injuries. 

Her focus is using Orthopedic Testing to assist her clients to finding the root cause of their symptoms, then applying relevant massage techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, Joint Mobilizations, and Remedial Exercises to help overcome chronic issues.
